About our Virtual Strength & Stretch Classes

These Pilates based classes are perfect for fitting movement into your weekly schedule. Provided virtually via Zoom these classes are 1-1 and tailored specifically to the individuals needs. With a positive and friendly approach, we can help you work on mobility, strength and flexibility in specific joints, all while providing you with expert advice to help you execute exercises avoiding and preventing future injuries.

FAQs:

How often should I have the classes?

We recommend a weekly class, but can offer fortnightly, monthly or any variation which works for you.

How long are the classes?

We recommend 30-minute classes. However, we can also offer 20 minutes or 45 minutes.

Does the participant need to bring anything?

Yes, they should be wearing clothes they can move in and have water with them. A yoga, pilates or carry mat is also needed.

Is there a maximum number of participants?

As these classes are tailored specifically to the individuals needs, they are for one person.

What time are the classes available for?

This depends on our teacher availability. Usually, these sessions will be available at a time most suitable for you.

Where can these classes take place?

As these classes are available virtually on Zoom, you would need to be in a space big enough for you and your mat. A living room usually works well.

What are the costing options?
