Invisible Threads provide Fitness Classes in Creaton, Northamptonshire 

In November 2023, we began teaching an aerobics inspired class in Creaton, Northamptonshire, made possible by funding from the Good Neighbourhood scheme. Our sessions feature a diverse range of styles including Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Cha Cha, Jive, Charleston, Disco, Tango all set to upbeat, uplifting music. The response was fantastic, and we now continue to run the class independently, with over 20 participants joining us every week!
