Invisible Threads perform at local Strawberry Fayre
Invisible Threads dance club at Loxley C of E Primary School perform at the local Strawberry Fayre.
On Saturday 17th June, our group of 8 dancers, from the Invisible Threads dance club at Loxley C of E Primary School, had the incredible opportunity to perform in the scenic grounds of Loxley Manor. The Loxley strawberry fayre, a cherished community event, included local stalls, live music and, of course, delicious strawberries! It was an honour to be a part of a fantastic day.
Drawing inspiration from the beloved Roald Dahl classic, Matilda, our dance routine was created to showcase the imagination and emotions of the young heroine. We sought to bring Matilda’s thirst for knowledge and empowering journey to life through dance. It was a joy to see the children in our dance club perform and share their progress and dedication. Throughout the process, they have inspired one another, worked together as a team, and poured their energy into creating something remarkable. They should be incredibly proud of their achievements.
Through our dance clubs and classes, we aspire to connect people through dance. The Loxley Strawberry Fayre provided a wonderful opportunity for us to connect with our community and showcase our positive dance environment.
If you are a school looking for dance clubs and classes that prioritise creativity, inclusivity, and confidence we invite you to contact Hannah to discuss further.
