About Our Move & Groove Fitness Dance Club
Move & Groove is a dance fitness class for years 7-9 or 10-13, which provides a positive environment for participants to have fun while exercising and boost their physical and mental well-being.
To uplifting beats, these classes include a warm-up, cardio dance aerobics, strengthening exercises for the core, arms , legs and back and a stretchy cool-down.

What are the costing options?
Option 1: Parent / carers pay termly fee
Option 2: School pay a set bi-termly fee and the class(es) are offered for free to parents
Both packages include admin by us. All your office staff will have to do is send out the flyers to parents and welcome our teacher!
